Prenatal Yoga is a special part of yogic asanas designed and dedicated for the well being of pregnant women. With a bigger belly and a new life in place, regular yoga or your workout regime might get strenuous around your joints and pelvic areas. While the lack of physical activity is not exactly a huge downside, Prenatal yoga is known to be ideal for expectant moms. A prenatal yoga class will include Breathing techniques, Gentle stretches, Postures, and Relaxation process. Practicing them regularly enhances your overall labor and delivery experience.

Hi, I’m Vaishnavi. I derive happiness from being active. And that led me to learn and practice Yoga from 2005. No sooner, the interest in learning grew into teaching and I went ahead to complete Post Graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2009. I started conducting Yoga training at Rangadore Hospital, Bangalore and trained over 1500 pregnant women in the last 15 years.
EXCELLENT Based on 241 reviews Sahithya Kalyan2024-12-06 I started attending Bloom Prenatal Yoga classes from when I was around 20 weeks. I enjoyed the classes and found them extremely beneficial throughout my pregnancy. Body aches, mood swings and weight was under control throughout pregnancy. Felt relaxed and rejuvenated after every session. Huge shoutout to Vaishnavi maam who gives individual attention and makes sure that we do the practices correctly. I am currently writing this review 3 weeks postpartum and can say that the yoga I did pre delivery has helped me recover faster and also has definitely helped me with my mental health. pushya koushik2024-12-06 During my pregnancy, prenatal yoga helped me cope with my discomfort, worry, and anxiety. Me and my baby both benefited from the lessons; my husband says on the days I practiced yoga, I was more patient and composed. With specific asanas and exercises, Vaishnavi ma'am helped me in managing my gestational diabetes without any insulin or tablets, and I had a natural delivery. To assist with pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, she also organized sessions with a dietician occasionally. After I began taking yoga lessons with her, my third trimester seemed to go very smoothly. She has a great deal of experience and shows concern and special attention to each student. I struggled to control my weight and mood fluctuations after giving birth, and developed thyroid. At three months postpartum, I began postnatal yoga classes with Vaishnavi ma’am. I’m able to keep my thyroid in control and also lost a substantial amount of weight with the help of her classes. This is an expression of my appreciation and gratitude. All of my loved ones who are expecting have my recommendation. During my pregnancy, this was the best choice I could have made for myself. PAVITHRA RAMESH2024-11-25 I would like to thank Vaishnavi Maam for all her sessions during my prenatal phase. I joined from my 5th month of pregnancy. She was excellent and guided me whenever there was any issue. Her explanations for each aasana and guidance on how to do the aasana during pregnancy and if required the variations for those asanas were really really helpful. I was able to recover quickly in my postpartum because of her advices and following asanas. Heartfelt thank you Maam Ramya GS2024-11-21 I would recommend joining this prenatal yoga class. It was highly beneficial and helped me have a normal delivery. Apart from yoga and pranayama I found the garbha sanskara (fetal talking), meditation, chanting and labor management very useful. Must mention that ma'am paid individual attention even during online classes and helped correct our posture. My only suggestion would be to have this classes conducted 5-6days a week instead of having it only 4 days and to keep it for one hour instead of 1.25hrs. Aishwarya Nayak2024-11-15 I joined Vaishnavi ma'am's prenatal yoga class from my 23rd week of pregnancy and continued until I delivered my baby. It really helped to keep my mind and body active. I had a very smooth pregnancy with very minimal discomforts, all thanks to Vaishnavi ma'am. She makes sure that all our concerns are addressed during the class. I had a normal delivery which was a cherry on the cake. Would definitely recommend her class to all expecting mamas. Janani Jayabalakrishnan2024-11-14 I was recommended Vaishnavi Mam’s prenatal yoga session from a friend and joined in to get an absolutely incredible experience throughout my pregnancy. She offers keen attention to the yoga poses we do for each individual and correct us if we cannot get it right the first time. She answers all questions patiently after class or in text messages to clear our doubts and concerns. The classes had a combination of yoga poses, breathing practises and relaxation methods with explanation of why we carry over with those and what benefit it’ll give our body. With her encouragement, support and regular practice of recommended yoga exercises, I had a normal delivery and pushed out the baby sooner than I thought I’d take. I’d definitely recommend Vaishnavi Mam’s class for everyone that wants to have a comfortable pregnancy journey. Smitha smitha2024-10-22 Vaishnavi Mam is a yoga expert who guides her students very well. She gives equal attention to every student in her class whether it is online or offline session. Corrections are done if postures are not done in right way. She covers both Asanas and Pranayama in every session. Flexibility to stand either morning or evening batch. Very happy for finding such experienced Prenatal yoga teacher like her !
