No sooner, the interest in learning grew into teaching and I went ahead to complete Post Graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2009. I started conducting Yoga training at Rangadore Hospital, Bangalore and trained over 1500 pregnant women in the last 15 years.

As soon as my first trimester is over, I was very badly searching for a soulful yoga center. I found this Bloom parental yoga through online. I opted for online, but was always in confusion until few classes that how it is possible through online, but the mam was so active and she was noticing every person through online and thoroughly guided us through out the class. For the complete pregnancy days I did not even find single day with pains. Even though I had severe sinus, attending and following the classes through out the pregnancy helped me to overcome sinus easily.
