Meet the Therapist

Hi, I’m Vaishnavi. I derive happiness from being active. And that led me to learn and practice Yoga from 2005. No sooner, the interest in learning grew into teaching and I went ahead to complete Post Graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2009. I started conducting Yoga training at Rangadore Hospital, Bangalore and trained over 1500 pregnant women in the last 15 years.

If your searching for a prenatal yoga, your in a right place, Vaishnavi mam is fabulous trainer. I never even thought I have the strength to bare the pain of normal delivery,,,but she made it possible by her exercise pattern…. I went to the hospital at 4am and got delivered at 6.30am just 2.5hours pain , and I was able to bare the pain by doing all the asanas she had thought us.. I must say thanks for all your guidance mam ❤️… and I’m counting a days to join your postnatal yoga

I joined the prenatal yoga classes at 6 months pregnancy... I give all the credit of me doing the normal delivery to Vaishnavi ma'am... The beautiful yoga poses helped me sail through the pregnancy without any kind of aches and pain. Even post delivery I'm back in shape and I don't have any joint / back pain. I attended Ms. Vaishnavi's online yoga classes from my 3rd month to my 9th month of pregnancy. It has been extremely helpful in remaining comfortable throughout my pregnancy. I have practiced yoga since 10-12 years prior pregnancy., But pregnancy yoga requires skilled expertise and classes with Vaishnavi were great. I recommend them to all pregnant women. Her fee is affordable reasonable and worth every rupee. Along with yoga, the mantra chanting, breathing techniques for labour, fetal talking sessions are all free and bonuses of attending her classes.

As a obgyn practitioner myself, prenatal yoga right from 7 weeks was the best decision I took for myself Throughout pregnancy I was able to do my duty at hospital without any physical or mental stress thanks to Prenatal yoga classes... I would highly recommend every to be mother the same. Post delivery via section, was able to walk around and feel comfortable as she had suggested.
