Prenatal Yoga is a special part of yogic asanas designed and dedicated for the well being of pregnant women. With a bigger belly and a new life in place, regular yoga or your workout regime might get strenuous around your joints and pelvic areas. While the lack of physical activity is not exactly a huge downside, Prenatal yoga is known to be ideal for expectant moms. A prenatal yoga class will include Breathing techniques, Gentle stretches, Postures, and Relaxation process. Practicing them regularly enhances your overall labor and delivery experience.
Founded in Bengaluru, we believe in nurturing a healthy bond between mothers and babies for a joyful 10 month journey. We focus on helping moms to connect better with their babies through simple and easy exercises to welcome a blooming new life at ease.

Hi, I’m Vaishnavi. I derive happiness from being active. And that led me to learn and practice Yoga from 2005. No sooner, the interest in learning grew into teaching and I went ahead to complete Post Graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2009. I started conducting Yoga training at Rangadore Hospital, Bangalore and trained over 1500 pregnant women in the last 15 years.
EXCELLENT Based on 278 reviews Posted on Aiswarya A Ramanujam I cannot recommend Vaishnavi’s prenatal yoga classes highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was defined by her incredible care, concern, and dedication. She brings a level of kindness to every session that makes you feel completely supported during such a pivotal time. Practicing with her was truly the primary reason I stayed active throughout my pregnancy. Thanks to her guidance, I maintained a surprising amount of flexibility even into my final weeks. That physical preparation was invaluable when it came to the "need of the hour" during labor. If you are looking for a teacher who is as invested in your well-being as you are, Vaishnavi is the perfect choice.Posted on manasa anand I am really glad to have enrolled for prenatal yoga, beautifully curated by Vaishnavi maam! Being a surgeon, running between OT’s and break-free schedules, pregnancy was taking a toll on my health! Once i enrolled and started yoga under her guidance, my pregnancy journey became a breeze. I was more agile, mobile and mentally in a great place! Truly appreciate the work and knowledge she has and it completely resonated with me medically too! For someone who had no time for yoga, she made me look forward to that yoga hour of the day!! I am hoping to continue my journey with her in my post natal phase and beyond too!! Thank you maam!Posted on jayati arora This was my second pregnancy and my second active pregnancy journey with Vaishnavi Ma’am. She was, once again, incredibly motivating and always available to guide me through the physical challenges of pregnancy. Her labour preparation classes and breathing exercises helped me deliver my second baby with just 15 minutes of intense labour. The entire journey felt smooth and relaxing with her support. She also encouraged me during stressful times. Thank you for being such an amazing guide.Posted on Joanna Sundharam Vaishnavi ma’am is an amazing teacher! She pushes you very gently you to do your best. She explains everything very patiently and is always available to answer questions. She helps you prepare physically and mentally for the birthing experience. Because of her classes I had a relatively fast labour and natural delivery without any pain medications or interventions. All credit goes to her!Posted on Soumya P Best way to keep yourself active and engaged in pregnancy is through yoga and Vaishnavi mam makes this very interesting and meaningful. She explains which asana helps for what, also she helps in resolving different kinds of body aches which are common in pregnancy. I highly recommend yoga with Vaishnavi mam.Posted on Minu n Very good guide during the pre natal phase. Whatever is the issue Vaishnavi mam addressed it. Very good experience during the entire journey.Posted on Vinutha Chowdary Vaishnavi ma’am is hands down the best pre and postnatal yoga teacher. The knowledge she has about what our body requires during and after pregnancy is amazing!
