Hi, I’m Vaishnavi. I derive happiness from being active. And that led me to learn and practice Yoga from 2005. No sooner, the interest in learning grew into teaching and I went ahead to complete Post Graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2009. I started conducting Yoga training at Rangadore Hospital, Bangalore and trained over 1500 pregnant women in the last 15 years.

Joining Vaishnavi maam's 'bloom' prenatal yoga classes was one of ' the best' decision which I made during my pregnancy journey. Her methodology of training the pregnant women,listening to their quieries , clearing their doubts , observing each and everyone while they are doing aasanas and correcting their mistakes are really wonderful. I joined Vaishnavi's yoga classes when I was in my 17th week of pregnancy and I think that's probably the best decision I made during my pregnancy. Since it's a joint class for people in different phases of their pregnancy, I was concerned if I would be able to really benefit or no and if she could address issues pertaining to different pregnancies but she put me at ease in the very first week. Not only does she craft exercises for different people and different problems but also gives personal attention and is available to everyone through personal messages/watsapp. For a lot of my problems even outside yoga, I would consult vaishnavi first and then my doctor if needed.. her relaxation exercises, chanting session, fetal talking session etc are things that kept me mentally sane and happy throughout my pregnancy. Not only that she also teaches labour management and was with me guiding me through calls or texts while I was in my labour. I never had any physical complaints of any sorts during my pregnancy and even after delivery . I could keep active and sail smoothly through my pregnancy and post partum and I give all credits to vaishnavi and her yoga .I have been recommending Vaishnavi ma'am to every single mom to be and I can't talk enough about her.. thank you so much for doing what you are doing Vaishnavi !

Having had to shuttle and struggle between a difficult first trimester to really odd and long hours at work , Vaishnavi mam was really accomodating and was flexible with the class timings , which really allows more spectrum of pregnant women to balance things and you know , be able to do more . Her patience during class is a trait to inculcate . It's reassuring to notice how observant she is of all her students, makes even online classes feel very " off line " like :). She can be strict too , when the time comes. 🙈 Being pregnant for the first time along with being a newbie to yoga , i can vouch that you can practice yoga with madam stress free cause she will take you through every detail that is necessary for a safe practice. I found myself repeating most of the practises to help me with my muscle aches and pains . Also , the most helpful for me personally were the breathing practises which really helped to keep my pain at bay or tolerate them without loosing too much energy which helps you focus on your goal - to push and deliver :). Joining this yoga class was the best decision that i took during pregnancy. It brought in a lot of positivity and energy. A great yoga place for everyone going through any kind of pregnancy. I started my yoga journey at 3 months of pregnancy until delivery. The prenatal yoga sessions prepares you and your body for labor and the way Vaishnavi ma’am ramped up the exercises was splendid.. She teaches every exercise with patience, explains the benefits, reinforces the importance of mind and body connection, instills positivity and strength through the sessions.. Attending the yoga classes regularly brought about discipline, flexibility, resilience and a can do attitude.. She also answers all pregnancy related questions at the end of every session and gives suggestions for your issues.. She also gives you suggestions and tips for things to do after pregnancy which is also very helpful.. There are multiple online sessions to choose from and in case you can’t attend your normal batch session then there is flexibility to attend another one for that day.. On the whole I would highly recommend the prenatal yoga sessions from Vaishnavi..

I dint know online yoga classes can be so effective until I met Vaishnavi mam. Mine was a complicated case and she helped me manage so well giving individual attention as per doctor’s advice. Yoga is so powerful and important during pregnancy . I was so happy when I saw my baby holding all yoga Mudras from the day she was born. It was a big surprise!!

My experience on Prenatal Yoga under the guidance of Vaishnavi Ma'am was extremely helpful. I believe it was Yoga which helped me for my easy & quick labour (1.5 hours). My Doctors were surprised of the fact that I had no pain even when I was 4cm dilated. Untill then I was doing my labour practices which were advised by Ma'am. From the beginning I was prepared to take Epidural considering I wouldn't be able to tolerate but my doctor said that wasnt required and I did the breathing exercises until I delivered. I had Gestational Diabetes and leg cramps for which there were certain practices I had to do and it helped me to control my diabetes along with food diet. She provides labour session classes, chanting sessions, foetal talking info which are very insightful. And the best part is you get personal attention. I definitely recommend all the mom to be mothers to practice Yoga with Vaishnavi Madam. She provides both online and offline sessions and has many time slots in which we could join as per our convenience. The best thing is she is very approachable and motherly. I feel fortunate to have found the right tutor. (Thanks to Rangadorai Doctors for suggesting her name) Once again Thankyou Vaishnavi Ma'am !

I came to know about bloom prenatal through online search. Contacted Vaishnavi mam and joined from 5th month of pregnancy untill delivery. It was a big blessing to have joined as i was clueless how to go about my first pregnancy. Mam helped in each and every aspect right from health related issues mind positivity yoga foetal talking breathing labour sessions. I really looked forward to her sessions as i felt really calm n light after yoga sessions. She is very helpful n flexible..i had normal delivery with only 2 hours of labour pain. First 6 cm dilation i didn't even realise Thank you so much ma'am lots of love.
