Hi, I’m Vaishnavi. I derive happiness from being active. And that led me to learn and practice Yoga from 2005. No sooner, the interest in learning grew into teaching and I went ahead to complete Post Graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2009. I started conducting Yoga training at Rangadore Hospital, Bangalore and trained over 1500 pregnant women in the last 15 years.

My experience on Prenatal Yoga under the guidance of Vaishnavi Ma'am was extremely helpful. I believe it was Yoga which helped me for my easy & quick labour (1.5 hours). My Doctors were surprised of the fact that I had no pain even when I was 4cm dilated. Untill then I was doing my labour practices which were advised by Ma'am. From the beginning I was prepared to take Epidural considering I wouldn't be able to tolerate but my doctor said that wasnt required and I did the breathing exercises until I delivered. I had Gestational Diabetes and leg cramps for which there were certain practices I had to do and it helped me to control my diabetes along with food diet. She provides labour session classes, chanting sessions, foetal talking info which are very insightful. And the best part is you get personal attention. I definitely recommend all the mom to be mothers to practice Yoga with Vaishnavi Madam. She provides both online and offline sessions and has many time slots in which we could join as per our convenience. The best thing is she is very approachable and motherly. I came to know about bloom prenatal through online search. Contacted Vaishnavi mam and joined from 5th month of pregnancy untill delivery. It was a big blessing to have joined as i was clueless how to go about my first pregnancy. Mam helped in each and every aspect right from health related issues mind positivity yoga foetal talking breathing labour sessions. I really looked forward to her sessions as i felt really calm n light after yoga sessions. She is very helpful n flexible..i had normal delivery with only 2 hours of labour pain. First 6 cm dilation i didn't even realise Thank you so much ma'am lots of love.

Yoga helped me a lot in my success story of normal delivery. I am very much grateful to Vyshnavi mam for teaching different yoga practices throughout the pregnancy period. Many practices targetted for pain relief and increasing flexibility were highlights of my learning. The yoga nidra, medication, manthra chanting and breathing techniques are all of great help in needed situations. The overall experience was really amazing and am very happy with what i learnt and achieved practicing yoga during my pregnancy. All my family are very thankful to mam for helping staying active during pregnancy, tips and suggestions provided while i got admitted to hospital and notes from the labour session helped me to a great extent. Hi, sahana here... At first I was afraid to try yoga after getting pregnant even the family members were not ready for it.... After speaking to the doctor n with the help n confidence given by my husband that I can do it...i was ready to try it by taking few trial classes which turned out to be amazing and I fell in love with. Vaishnavi ma'am let me begin by thanking you ❤️ Even though I opted for online classes your detail for attention and making sure each one of us did every posture properly was amazing you took your time and made sure we did everything properly thankyou 🙏 I am very happy for having normal delivery 🥰.... I can't thank you enough for giving me the confidence and making sure that I made my mind up at the end moment and teaching me every exercise needed for normal deliver... Even though I did not get delivery pain and even doctors were sure that I would undergo c section your exercise especially "Walking, badhakonasana, ujjaini breathing and relaxation burp breathing ,squats chanting mantras " MOST IMPORTANT IS FETAL TALKING 🤰😇helped me tremendously. Vaishnavi ma'am I seriously can't thank you enough for helping me I love your classes and will suggest many more people to opt yoga for pregnancy. Even the doctors were shocked and surprised because of my baby's head was not fixed even at 39 week as my umbilical cord was small...i was able to have normal delivery🥳 Yes I agree one thing is very important "'if you are reading this.... Please make your mind up to have a normal delivery no matter what you need to have that confidence and make sure you give that confidence and tell your doctor that you want to have normal delivery and you will do your best till the end" after all it's ur body uk ur body n health better than anyone. Feel blessed to have found this place which brought in positivity and confidence to face pregnancy journey and delivery. Joined classes in my 2nd month pregnancy. Had Diabetes which was very difficult for me to control with just diet when it was the time to eat healthy. Regular simple exercises taught by mam got things in control. I had no complaints other than occasional feet swelling (little) and back pain (when I miss doing yoga for more than 3 to 4 days. Things got back to normal once I resumed yoga as per ma'am's instructions). The classes kept me disciplined, active and fit throughout my pregnancy. Along with yoga, ma'am provides us additional sessions like mantra chanting, labour etc. Which brings in more positivity and confidence. Thank you ma'am for your service towards pregnant ladies ❤️ . I joined this course in my 4th month of pregnancy. This yoga class helped to keep: 1. my weight under check 2. me active physically and mentally even during stressful work hours 3. me calm, composed and positive throughout my pregnancy and made up mind to have normal delivery The breathing techniques and various relaxation techniques along with asanas were very useful. Special mention to Vaishnavi for putting in so much effort to guide us well by explaining each and every exercise importance of it and making sure it is done right. 4. During contractions I followed the instructions provided which helped me to have normal delivery within 2hrs which is rare in case of first pregnancy. Would recommend this class to anyone who is looking for a smooth and active pregnancy.

I got to know about vaishnavi Mam through a friend of mine when i was three months pregnant. Due to covid I attended online classes . Yoga classes helped to over come my si joint pain, tightness and swelling of hands and legs. The relaxation techinques like yoga nidra , mediation kept me calm and energetic . I felt very positive during my whole pregnancy period. I had normal delivered . The burp breathing helped me to manage the labour pain .
