Hi, I’m Vaishnavi. I derive happiness from being active. And that led me to learn and practice Yoga from 2005. No sooner, the interest in learning grew into teaching and I went ahead to complete Post Graduate diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2009. I started conducting Yoga training at Rangadore Hospital, Bangalore and trained over 1500 pregnant women in the last 15 years.

To my luck my sister in law had already taken Vaishnavi ma’am’s classes. She is extremely precise in whatever she teaches. She gives perfect guidelines for the smallest of your queries. I wanted to join a prenatal yoga class and I’m so glad that i ended my search with Vaishnavi ma’am classes. I wasn’t sure if online classes would work but to my surprise Vaishnavi ma’am pays attention to every student and the exercises were taught differently for each case. Other knowledge base sessions were Eyeopener. With her guidance - the exercises and the sessions not only kept me active but also be mentally positive and prepared for labour. I am extremely thankful to Vaishnavi Ma’am for the yoga sessions she conducts for pregnant women! I found her page on Google when I was browsing through for yoga classes around the area and I ended up taking all classes online. She pays attention to each and every student even in online classes and corrects our posture if we end up doing the wrong posture. She also shares a lot of information about feral talking and guides the student week wise once Week 35 is crossed which definitely helps in normal delivery! Hi All, I wanted to share my feedback about the pre natal yoga classes I undertook with Vaishnavi mam. I had a 6 month long journey with her starting from my second trimester. 1. During my pregnancy, I was very active because of all the exercises that mam taught me. I also avoided any kind of illness such as BP, diabetes, back ache etc. Even on my day of delivery I was fit enough to walk my dog and drive my car. 2. During the labour the breathing exercises helped me a lot. I wouldn't say that there was no pain. There absolutely was but the breathing exercises gave me the strength to cope up with the pain.. 3. While I was in labour(mine was an induced labour) , my cervix was getting dilated very slowly. While doctors were trying to go for normal delivery, because of the slow dilation and baby's heartbeat being weak, doctors told me that we might have to go for c-section. At that point nothing could be done and only thing I could think of was foetal talking. I spoke with the baby and in the next one hour cervix reached dilation of 8-9 cm and we were ready for Normal delivery. 4. Lastly today is my 16th day post delivery and I feel very fit and energetic. I believe the fitness and exercises I did pre natal are contributing factors to this speedy recovery. I would like to thank mam with all my heart for such a happy and trouble free pregnancy journey. I strongly advice every pregnant women to take care of her overall mind , body and soul's health as guided by Vaishnavi mam as this is one of the most critical physical and emotional experience that we as women undergo.

Joining prenatal yoga classes with Vaishnavi ma’am was one of the best decisions I’ve taken! It made a huge impact on both my mental and physical well being. I was initially skeptical about joining the class as I had not practiced yoga before, but she pays so much attention to detail and focuses on each person even in online classes that picking up became quite easy. Even towards the end of my pregnancy she encouraged me to continuously practice exercises that would help in labor and delivery and I strongly believe that that was the main reason I was able to pull through a normal delivery. I have joined prenatal yoga online classes in my 5th month of pregnancy.Vaishnavi Mam guided me very well. Mam given instructions on the physical exercise as well as mental health. Joining Vaishnavi maam's 'bloom' prenatal yoga classes was one of ' the best' decision which I made during my pregnancy journey. Her methodology of training the pregnant women,listening to their quieries , clearing their doubts , observing each and everyone while they are doing aasanas and correcting their mistakes are really wonderful. Hats off to her patience in listening to the doubts and clearing them.Her meditation sessions like QRT ,DRT, yoga nidra are mesmerizing and relaxing.Foetal talking works magically when practiced well.Thanks a lot maam for your wonderful sessions (including labor management sessions in the ninth month)for pregnant women and helping them sail smoothly in their pregnancy journey.Her breathing techniques taught in the class during delivery time, ,no words to describe,it's awesome.The mantra chanting sessions like bala shiva Gayathri,mahamrutyanjay mantra,garbha raksha Mantra creates positive vibes within oneself.Thanks maam once again.

I joined Vaishnavi's yoga classes when I was in my 17th week of pregnancy and I think that's probably the best decision I made during my pregnancy. Since it's a joint class for people in different phases of their pregnancy, I was concerned if I would be able to really benefit or no and if she could address issues pertaining to different pregnancies but she put me at ease in the very first week. Not only does she craft exercises for different people and different problems but also gives personal attention and is available to everyone through personal messages/watsapp. For a lot of my problems even outside yoga, I would consult vaishnavi first and then my doctor if needed.. her relaxation exercises, chanting session, fetal talking session etc are things that kept me mentally sane and happy throughout my pregnancy. Not only that she also teaches labour management and was with me guiding me through calls or texts while I was in my labour. I never had any physical complaints of any sorts during my pregnancy and even after delivery . I could keep active and sail smoothly through my pregnancy and post partum and I give all credits to vaishnavi and her yoga .I have been recommending Vaishnavi ma'am to every single mom to be and I can't talk enough about her.. thank you so much for doing what you are doing Vaishnavi !

Having had to shuttle and struggle between a difficult first trimester to really odd and long hours at work , Vaishnavi mam was really accomodating and was flexible with the class timings , which really allows more spectrum of pregnant women to balance things and you know , be able to do more . Her patience during class is a trait to inculcate . It's reassuring to notice how observant she is of all her students, makes even online classes feel very " off line " like :). She can be strict too , when the time comes. 🙈 Being pregnant for the first time along with being a newbie to yoga , i can vouch that you can practice yoga with madam stress free cause she will take you through every detail that is necessary for a safe practice. I found myself repeating most of the practises to help me with my muscle aches and pains . Also , the most helpful for me personally were the breathing practises which really helped to keep my pain at bay or tolerate them without loosing too much energy which helps you focus on your goal - to push and deliver :).
